I'm not specifically aware of any downtime, but I'm not on the site all the time, only when scheduling and recording matches really.
I'll check.
The site is up now, so if was down earlier, I am not aware as to why. If you (or anyone else) has difficulty logging into the site or anything else, please let me know.

technically, sure. there's a few of us around, but we haven't played in quite some time unfortunately. I'm all for trying to restart a structured league again, providing we have the people to do it.
