Here is the information on the Feast of Blades:
"As a bit of background, at Feast we love working with people who are passionate about running events. While we (read: convention organizers) could no dobut run most events, they would be functional and little else. What makes our events special is that we have passionate people running them. People, like yourself, that really love the game or play style and enjoy sharing it with others. We have built our convention around the concept of finding these people, and doing what we can to support them in making their event. Many of our current staffers have started much like you, reaching out to us with the desire to run an event. Ultimately, we want to help you run the event you want to run.
With that in mind, there are some options available to you. Those options basically hinge around the availability of prize support.
Anyone who purchases a day badge for the convention ($5 per day, day of only) has access to the entire convention, the side games, demos, vendors, raffle and general convention prize support. The cost of that ticket covers all the costs that we incur as a convention from space to badges to the general prize support.
When people purchase event tickets, that money goes towards running that event. Those costs include terrain, staff, space and event specific prize support.
If you want to run an open event that anyone with a Day Badge can play in, you will get the space and tables and access to extra terrain we have (although that might not be needed/useful for your event). You will also get logistics and organizational support from the rest of convention staff. You will not, however, get prize support specific for your event.
If you want to run a ticketed event, you will get all of the above as well as event specific prize support. We will have to discuss what this support is, but typically it will be in the form of Medals, Prizes, etc...
So....
To move forward, you need to let us know which direction you want to go.
We have space for you on Friday and Saturday during the day, you can choose both if you want. On Friday, you would likely be in the main hall, while Saturday would put you in the foyer with the Narrative.
Let us know what questions you have about the above information.

We (I) can do something on one or both days, and it can be as cheap as 5 bucks (one day, minimal or zero prize support). Or we can do more of a full blown event with costs being...higher. I can do either, but the more prize support offered, the more help I would need. If prize support from us has a cost, I think it could be offset by any ticket sales. My guess is they would be ok if we did the legwork in getting prizes specific to the event, but I don't want to speak for them.
So here's what I need from any or all of you:
1). Yay or Nay on tournament presence. It would cost you $5, minimum.
2). Single vs. Multi-day tourney. Note this will increase the cost by $5.
3). None vs. some prize support.
4). Prize support information. This can be in the form of volunteered products, information on where to get product, or something else.
5). Yay or Nay on volunteering to help. I don't mind one way or the other, but if I have one volunteer, it solves the "odd number of people" issue.
6). Any other pertinent information.
Feast of Blades is October 11-13th.
