Who has their team fully painted, modeled, and based, etc?? This gives a free rr, but there is no way for me to see every team. So I'm trusting those who are complete. Let me know here if and when it happens so I can add a reroll to your team on OBBLM.

As far as I understand, painted means at least three colors and based. (Warhammer/40k tournament legal)
Btw way basing is easy ... spread a little pva glue on the top of the base and sprinkle your flock on the top of the wet glue... Woodland scenics makes many colors and textures of flock and is super easy to use.
As far as "painted" registration, I would suggest posting a picture of the team so Gearhead can go in and apply it to your team (there is even a spot on the on the OLBBM. ) Not to mention the fact that pictures of painted minis are cool!!!!!!! ;D

B- They dont appear free. It raised my TV
Are we doing inducements with the increased TV

It's free because it granted a reroll for your painted team. It has to bring up TV, no matter what. Inducements are based on TV difference, free reroll included. Hope that makes sense. Lol.

If it would count towards TV, I'd rather just play with 3 rerolls.
